Our son Steven had an appointment at CHOP today. We were in the emergency room with him on Friday night with kidney issues, and we had an appointment today with a nephrologist. He is doing well, and we are hoping he continues to improve.

This morning Teresa came out of surgery with her right ventricle struggling but not too bad. A few hours later she went into full cardiac arrest and had cpr performed for over thirty minutes. On Monday, I took Evangeline to see Dr. Campbell.
Dr. Campbell is the spinal surgeon who wants to put a veptr in her back to support her spine at the curve.

Evangeline came home from the hospital a week and a half ago, and I finally am beginning to feel like myself again.
She made the adjustment amazingly well.
We are all so thankful to have her home again.
Sophia is especially happy to have her sister back.

Today Evangeline came home.
It took three rather large wagon loads to the car to empty her room.
And we had quite a few very special people we had to say goodbye to.
But now we’re home,
and so very blessed to be all together under the same roof again.
