They bless us so with their love.
They are so raw, so vulnerable, and yet so absolutely thrilled to be in our family.
And that just makes my heart soar.
Tonight Evangeline told us she never wanted to grow up so she could stay here with Mommy and Daddy forever.
You can stay as long as you want, sweet girl!
And when we were chatting about who would travel to China if we were to go back for another blessing, Eliza unequivocally announced she was staying home. “Me no go back China! Me stay here with Mommy!”
I have to tell you, that just warmed my heart.
Tonight my parents took Andrew, Evan, Victoria, and Colin to the Titanic exhibit at The Franklin Institute, so we figured since we had such a small crew, we could have an inexpensive dinner out.
I just loved eating out and enjoying the children’s sweet happy faces.
How blessed I am to have the incredible priviledge of parenting all these children.
I hope you’re enjoying your blessings too this weekend!
Blessings!
Ok, yes I read the part to my husband about Evangeline not wanting to grow up to stay with Mommy and Daddy forever and I teared up! So very sweet. Such a blessing.

Ahh, that is so sweet… Isn’t it amazing that a basic children’s right, that of a family, isn’t basic to Evangeline and Eliza at all? They want to cling on to it with all their might. So happy that you found each other! Warm regards, Claudia
