Victoria was born on June 25th. Jonathan was born on the the 29th, and Sophia was born on the 4th of July.
So our 4th of July picnic always ends up doubling as a birthday celebration.
Jonathan and Steven enjoyed checking out the gifts.
Sophia finally got a pair of hoop earrings. She’s waited for them for a very long time.
If there’s anything better than batman and the joker, it’s having big brothers to share it all with.
Livi dressed in her usual princess attire for the picnic.
Jonathan just had to pause for another picture for mom.
Well, at least some of the kids are smiling, even if they’re not all looking at the camera.

Do you see that tiny head just barely above the water by the diving board?
Yep, that’s Evangeline, swimming with no swimmies in the deep end.
She is doing amazingly well. She went from never having ever been in a swimming pool to swimming almost every day and just loving it!
And, with all that swimming and physical therapy, she’s even ditched those pretty pink crutches!
We ended it all watching the fireworks.
After all, they’re in celebration of Sophia’s birthday, no?
