The nurse just came out and said Evangeline is doing fine. They are still working on her right foot, and then will move on to the left when they’re finished with the right.
Here are a few pictures of Evangeline before the nurses took her back.
She was fine all afternoon and did not seem worried about anything. Then the nurse gave her the Versed to relax her, and she became really agitated. She obviously had the opposite reaction to Versed than they expected her to have!

Versed is a weird drug. I have a friend whose daughter also does terrible with Versed. They offered it before Emilys last surgery and I declined. Sorry Evangeline had a bad reaction !
