Smiles

Eliza and Evangeline have a family.

Sometimes it all seems so surreal.

They’re really here.

They are really ours.

They’re not alone anymore.

They’re not orphans anymore.

They are chosen children,

With lots of brothers and sisters to love them.
The jet lag’s really hitting me hard today so I’ll just give you all […] Read more…

Beautiful Xi’an

Our early days here passed so quickly that I did not get to post some of the photos I took of the beautiful city of Xi’an. I am not sure I’ll be able to currectly identify everything, but the beauty of this ancient city so rich in culture will shine through in spite of […] Read more…

Happy Birthday Eliza!

Yesterday was Eliza’s very first birthday with her family. Her cake was completely covered in chocolate! Her Mama really loved that!

I’m sorry I didn’t get to post yesterday. It really was a busy day, and we were dealing with the huge barricades and security around the Garden Hotel, so it really made everything […] Read more…

Marie and her daughters were in the theater in Aurora, Colorado early Friday morning. She writes about her fear, the confusion, and about the peace that comes […] Read more…

God Alone

A long time ago, I came to the realization that my biggest responsibility as a Christian was to pray.
I don’t mean that we never need to act, or step out in faith to meet the needs of others. We do. We are called to pour out our lives for others, to meet their needs […] Read more…

A New Video

This is a video an advocate made of Evangeline when they were looking for her family. It is now updated with our information on the end.
The advocate is working on getting it uploaded to YouTube. In the mean time I thought I’d post it here in the Roxio version.
Enjoy.
And please share.
I do,
again and again and […] Read more…
